More gigs to go

We’re excited to bring you news about three exciting opportunities for Gig Buddies Sydney participants’.


From 24 May to 15 June, Vivid LIVE at Sydney Opera House will welcome local and international music artists as part of Vivid Sydney, the festival of light, music and ideas.

And this year Gig Buddies Sydney are set to experience the best in hip hop, indie and electronica.

- Spunk Records 20th Anniversary feat. The Middle East – Friday 24 May, 7:30pm @ Sydney Opera House, Joan Sutherland Theatre. Standard tickets (A Reserve) $89, Gig Buddies $44.50 + booking fee

- A Guy Called Gerard – Saturday 25 May, 9pm @ Sydney Opera House, 18+ Only, Studio.

Standard tickets (General admission) $54, Gig Buddies $27 + booking fee

- Briggs’ Bad Apples House Party – Thursday 30 May, 7:30pm @ Sydney Opera House, Joan Sutherland Theatre.

Standard tickets (A Reserve) $49, Gig Buddies $24.50 + booking fee

Go Swifts!

A little earlier in May, Sunday 12 to be precise, we’ll be partaking in another Gig Buddies Sydney first - Suncorp Super Netball.


Come join your fellow gig buddies at Sydney Olympic Park’s Quaycentre for the game between NSW Swifts and West Coast Fever.

QBE Australia Pacific, principal partner of the Swifts, have generously donated Gig Buddies Sydney with a number of complimentary tickets. To find out more about our plans for the 12th and to reserve your spot, click here.

Lastly, we’re delighted to welcome Nick, Amelia, Jordan and Megan - our newest batch of trained volunteers to the Gig Buddies Sydney family (below, L - R).
