Calling all footy fans: this Saturday (8/6) we head to the Shire to watch our charity partner, Cronulla Sharks, in action.
The Sharks take on Parramatta Eels and we have a handful of tickets available. If you’re at a loose end and would like to watch some football, click here to purchase a ticket.
Kicking off at 5:30pm, we’ll be returning to the Sharkies Leagues Club beforehand for a bite to eat. We’re also offering attendees the chance to travel with their fellow Sharks Buddies via our very own chartered bus - click here to find out more.
More dates for the diary
Following last week’s Christmas in July announcement, we’re excited to bring you news about two more Gig Buddies Sydney socials.
First up, on Friday 21 June we’ll be going back to our roots, hitting up a pub and soaking up the live music.
This time heading to the inner west, we invite gig buddies to Marrickville’s Gasoline Pony. Places are limited. To RSVP your spot click here.
And later, on Friday 2 August, we head west for a night of pro wrestling.
Taking place at the Marayong Community Centre, we’ll be ringside for Wrestling Go’s 3rd anniversary. In what will be a Gig Buddies Sydney first, attendees will also have the opportunity to grab a photo with former WWE cruiserweight champion, TJ Perkins.
Tickets are limited. To find out more about the event and to secure your spot, click here.
Thanks Woolies
For the month of May we were gratefully nominated as Woolworths charity of the month.
We’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone at their Bella Vista headquarters who dug deep and supported our cause.
Viva Vivid Sydney
Last Thursday (30/5) we attended our final Vivid Sydney event - Briggs’ Bad Apples House Party at the Sydney Opera House.
Thanks to everyone who joined us at one of this year’s live events, and thanks to Vivid Sydney event organisers’ for providing us with discounted tickets.

New pairings and new additions
Rounding off an eventful few days, last Saturday (1/6) Paula completed the pairing of buddies Nick and Nathan (top, L - R) and Holly and Kate (bottom, L - R - below).
Welcome to the family - we look forward to seeing you at a future Gig Buddies Sydney social event.
And talking of welcomes, we’re delighted to introduce Harri (below) - the newest addition to the Gig Buddies Sydney team.
Harri is the newly appointed Gig Buddies Sydney NDIS coordinator and arrives with a wealth of experience having worked in the Gig Buddies Brighton office for two years.
